RAW CORE was not built from abstract theory.
Before qualifying as a Clinical Hypnotherapist in New Zealand, I spent more than a decade working in frontline critical healthcare across New Zealand and the United Kingdom, before, during, and after COVID.
I worked alongside surgeons, junior doctors, senior consultants, nurses, paramedics, allied health teams, and clinical support staff operating under sustained intensity.
I watched capable professionals operate at full capacity by day while carrying a nervous system that did not switch off when the shift ended. I saw what prolonged hypervigilance becomes when it settles into baseline. I saw resilience praised while nervous systems quietly deteriorated.
